General terms and conditions of Smileycloudshop webshop are generated in accordance with Slovenian consumer protection act, Slovenian chamber of commerce and industry recommendations and international e-commerce codes.
The Smileycloudshop web service (referred to hereinafter as the service) is owned by Vesna Kokondoska Grgich.

By registering into the Smileycloudshop web service system the user of the Smileycloudshop web service (hereinafter referred to as user) agrees to the terms and conditions of the service provider. For registration, the user must provide a valid e-mail address and acquires a username and password. If the user decides to change his e-mail address when already registered, the user must send a request via e-mail to smiley.cloud.shop@gmail.com. The change will be carried out by the end of the next business day at the latest and the user will be informed by e-mail.
The user accepts responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or password. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of his/her password. The user warrants to the service provider that the information he/she provides during the registration process (and any notification of change of such information) is true and correct. The user warrants that he/she is over 18 years old.
The user can make a purchase on Smileycloudshop web service without registering into Smileycloudshop web service system, i.e. as a guest. In such cases, the user chooses the checkout as a guest option at checkout and enters all the required details. The information regarding the purchase will be sent to the e-mail address given by the customer at checkout.
This terms and conditions refer to the operation of Smileycloudshop web service, the rights of the user and the agreement between the user and service provider.
MESSAGES FROM SMILECLOUDSHOP
On occasion, Smilecloudshop may need to contact you. Primarily, these messages are delivered by email or by push notifications, and every account is required to keep a valid email address on file to receive messages. Smilecloudshop may need to contact you by telephone to provide member support or for transaction-related purposes if you give us permission to call you. Additionally, and with your consent, Etsy may send you a mail or SMS in order to provide you with customer support or to provide you with information about products and features that you may find of interest. You may update your contact preferences in your account settings.
PURCHASE
After placing an order, the User will receive an e-mail confirming that the order was received. The Service Provider will inspect the order, check the availability of the ordered products and send an Order Confirmation e-mail to the User confirming availability and estimated delivery times. From this moment on the Agreement between the User and the Service Provider becomes binding.
The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel any order informing the User of the reason for cancellation.

The Service Provider will prepare and send the ordered products within the estimated delivery time. When the order is sent, the User shall be informed by e-mail.
COUPON CODES
Coupon codes for discounts or other benefits are only valid for purchase of items which are not discounted or a part of any other promotional offer.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Service provider accepts the following payment methods:

3. Bank Transfer - unless otherwise agreed by the Service Provider, the Service Provider shall release the ordered items for the delivery once the payment is received.

When an order is placed in the Service the binding Sales Agreement between the User and the Service provider is reached when the User receives an order confirmation e-mail in which the availability and estimated delivery time are confirmed by the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any order in its sole discretion.
The Order is saved in electronic form on the Service Provider’s server and can be accessed by the User at any time in his User Profile.
PRODUCT PRICES
A valid product price is a price displayed for the item on the Service at the time of ordering and it does not include delivery charges. All the product prices and delivery charges are displayed in euros (EUR). All the product prices and delivery charges include VAT.
The Service Provider reserves the right for any typographical errors on this site; therefore the prices might change during the processing of the order. In such cases, the User will be informed and given a chance to cancel the order.
The prices are binding once the Sales Agreement between the User and the Service Provider is reached, i.e. when the User receives an order confirmation e-mail in which the availability and estimated delivery time are confirmed by the Service Provider.
WARRANTY
If the products have a warranty that is stated on the product information page. If there is no information regarding warranty, the products do not have a warranty.
If the product received has a fault is not working properly or has arrived in a damaged condition the Service Provider must be notified immediately by contact e-mail smiley.cloud.shop@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Order and you wish to organize a return, exchange or refund of any purchased through the Site, please contact smileycloudshop.com directly using the contact form here
The User has a fourteen-day right to return or exchange a product according to Slovenian consumer protection legislation. This returns policy does not extend to products which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes.
The customer has a right to return a product if:

The order has been canceled according to the Terms and Conditions by notifying the Service Provider within 14 days of delivery,

The product has not been used,

The product must be undamaged, unaltered in any way and in its original packaging.
The product must be returned immediately after cancellation or within 30 days from the date of cancellation at the latest at the sole expense of the User. When returning products the User will be responsible for the risk of damages. After receipt of the returned products, the Service Provider will return the amount corresponding to the amount paid by the User for the goods returned, excluding shipping costs.
DELIVERY
We deliver worldwide using Slovenian Post, however, we reserve the right to use some other delivery service if it would provide more efficient delivery. Delivery charges are as specified below, despite the size or the weight of the items.

Service Provider shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to perform this Agreement or any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labour disputes, war, acts or intervention by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction.
Service Provider reserves the right to deliver different products ordered at the same time separately.
Service Provider takes responsibility for the loss and damage of the product occurred during the delivery.
We charge €40 if you refuse to accept your package. If you change your mind when the goods have already been shipped, you have to receive it and return it to us, otherwise, it will be registered as not picked up and charged automatically. If you return the goods to us, you assume the risk of transportation.
All the deliveries are insured. If you notice any damage to the package when delivered, you must report it immediately on the spot and refuse the delivery. If you have accepted the package and discovered damage when you opened it, you must contact our customer service immediately. If the goods would arrive damaged, you may send it back to us, and we will send you a new product. In this case, we shall cover the shipping costs.
If your order Products from our Website for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Have on the mind to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
SECURITY
All customer information records will be secured both within the net as well as outside it. All confidential information will be encrypted so that no third party will be able to access them. We utilize SSL-encryption which is the most popular system of Internet encryption.
Payment always takes place in the online billing server of your bank or on the credit card server. We, therefore, receive no information regarding payment such as credit card numbers, bank account details etc. We do not store customers’ credit card numbers in our database.
All information stored outside the online service is also subject to due care. The supplied information will only be processed by designated Smileycloudshop staff processing deliveries, billing, transportation and customer care. Our customer database is secured by personal user logins and passwords.
PRIVACY POLICY
Service Provider is committed to respecting User´s privacy. Service Provider is the sole owner of the information collected through the Service. The information is used entirely and only by the Service Provider, except in cases where third party agents to perform certain functions are used, such as credit card processing, delivering packages and fulfilling orders. In those cases, only the information necessary for the performance of those specific functions is provided by the Service Provider.
Service Provider does not transfer any information given by the User to the third party for any other purpose than processing the order.
Service Provider reserves the right to transfer the information provided by the User to the authorities in the case of infringement of laws and violation of good practice (bona mores) by the User.
The user has the right to examine, change and delete his/her information from the register.
CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND OPINIONS
Customer opinions and reviews are a functional part of the Service and are intended for the User community. The Service Provider enables each registered User to submit a review. The reviews are then examined by the Service Provider before publishing. Any reviews and opinions which are offensive, inappropriate, obscene or do not benefit to other Users and visitors shall not be published.
By submitting a review the User agrees to terms and conditions of use and permits the Service Provider to publish a review or parts of the review in all electronic or other media. The content can be used by the Service Provider indefinitely and for any purpose which is in the business interest of the Service Provider, including ads and other marketing communication. The author of a review declares and assures that he/she is the sole owner of the material and moral rights for the written opinions and reviews and transfers these rights in whole and indefinitely to the Service Provider.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Service Provider tries to provide most accurate and updated information published on the Service website. However the products, product availability or prices can change very quickly, therefore we cannot guarantee that all the information published on the website is 100% accurate. Nor we can guarantee that the photographs are 100% representations of the product. All photographs should be regarded as symbolic.
COMPLAINTS AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Any complaints should be submitted by e-mail to smiley.cloud.shop@gmail.com and will be dealt with in confidence. The use of the Service, any purchase of any products and these conditions will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations, in other cases, disputes submit to the jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
